Psychotherapy is a constructive process, where we build up your ability to feel safe opening up.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length
Each session will be unique, allowing you deal with a specific event or feeling that you’d like to work out
I will provide full attention, positive regard and empathy, as well as a questioning eye
After milestones or periods of time, we can look back and see how far you’ve come and where you'd like to go
Therapy is available as long as you need it, for short term solutions or deeper exploration
I work to ensure that within the first few moments and throughout our sessions, you begin to feel a trust and rapport building within the therapeutic relationship. You'll be able to explore the darkness and shame you may feel.
In our work together, clients can connect with their emotions. Over time, you will feel freer and more in tune with your world.
